What is included with Free?+
Every current tool is included after Steam sign-in and verified-email activation: your public shelf, achievement galleries, unlimited Planner games and Completion Plans, private notes and links, Share Studio, Completion Cards, shelf curation, and banners. Free owners can manually refresh once every rolling 24 hours.
What does Supporter cost?+
Supporter is $25.00 USD for one year from the purchase date, paid once. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, recurring charge, or trial. Supporters currently receive hourly automatic refreshes. Every current tool is also included with Free. Stripe checkout is planned for US customers only and is not yet enabled. Free accounts remain available worldwide. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before payment.
When does Supporter access end?+
Purchased Supporter access ends on the purchase anniversary at the same UTC time; February 29 becomes February 28. Account settings show your end date. There is no automatic renewal or further charge. Another purchase requires your action and starts a new year from its purchase date; overlapping terms do not add together. When your last active grant ends, your account returns to Free, keeping all current tools and saved data, with manual refresh once every rolling 24 hours. Features and schedules may evolve; Supporters have priority for new features and available capacity, with advance notice of material reductions where reasonably possible.
How long do promotional Supporter grants last?+
PerfectShelf may grant Supporter access for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or one year, starting when issued. Your end date appears in Account settings. These grants do not create a payment obligation and the shorter terms are not currently offered for sale. Multiple grants can overlap; expiring or revoking one leaves every other valid grant in place.
How do refreshes work?+
Free owners manually request one refresh every rolling 24 hours; failed work does not consume the allowance. Supporters are scheduled automatically at each UTC hour. Both modes reuse unchanged game data between weekly full audits. Steam outages, profile privacy, and capacity limits may delay refreshes. Page views never trigger a Steam refresh.
Do referrals earn rewards?+
Referral links record who introduced new users. A completed shelf and unique verified email qualify the referral. No points, credits, discounts, or rewards are currently earned or redeemable. Historical referral records are retained; future programs will have separately published rules.
Can I request a refund?+
Once checkout launches, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the one-time Supporter payment. A full refund removes the Supporter grant funded by that payment; another independent valid grant remains effective. Otherwise the account becomes Free and keeps every current tool and its data.
